委内瑞拉总统遇袭事件对我国警卫工作中无人机防控的启示

Inspiration of Attack on Venezuelan President for VIP Protection in Drone Prevention and Control

以委内瑞拉总统遇袭事件为例,分析委方警卫部门在无人机防控领域的不足之处和好的做法,结合我国警卫工作的特点及要求,按照“主动着手”与“积极反制”的不同阶段,提出人员管控、情报搜集、预案制定、装备建设、危机意识强化和应急处置等对策。

This paper takes the attack on Venezuelan president as an example to analyze the deficiency and good practice of Venezuelan VIP protection department in the field of drone prevention and control.Combined with the characteristics and requirements of security in China,measures like personnel control,intelligence gathering,plan making,equipment construction,crisis consciousness enhancement and emergency disposal countermeasures are proposed at the stages of“active initiation”and“passive counter attack”.
