大型活动安保学警警务保障模式探究

Study on Policing Guarantee Model of Reserve Police Officer’s Participation in Large-scale Event Security

随着现代警务保障工作的完善和发展,学警参与大型活动安保的警务保障越来越被各级公安机关所重视。然而,目前大型活动安保学警警务保障仍然存在着思想认识不到位、经费保障不到位、警用装备不配套、法律保障不健全等问题。为保障学警的各项权利,不断提升警务保障水平,应积极协调安保事宜,落实经费保障,推进装备管理,完善法律规定。

With the improvement and development of modern policing guarantee,public security authorities at all levels attach more and more importance to the participation of reserve police officers in large-scale event security.However,there are still some problems such as weak service awareness,low fund investment,unsuitable police equipment and imperfect legal guarantee in reserve police officers’participation in large-scale events.In order to protect the rights of reserve police officers and constantly improve the level of policing guarantee,efforts shall be made in security coordination,fund guarantee implementation,promotion of equipment management and improvement of regulations.
