我国教育信息化发展的历史审思与未来路向——从教育信息化与教育现代化关系的角度

Historical Thinking and Future Development of Educational Informationization in China: Based on the Relationship between Educational Informatization and Educational Modernization

教育信息化是伴随着教育现代化进程而出现和发展的,二者关系密切。从教育信息化与教育现代化关系的角度看,我国教育信息化经历了“教育信息化即是教育现代化”“教育信息化带动教育现代化”“教育信息化引领教育现代化”的发展历程,教育信息化也从推进教育现代化的外生工具转变为内生力量。当前,教育信息化引领教育现代化的制约因素包括技术的外生性导致信息技术与教育融合的滞后、教育的制度惰性消解信息技术变革的有效性。教育信息化引领教育现代化的未来路向主要包括准确把握教育信息化与教育现代化关系的时代内涵、创新建设现代教育制度、理性守护教育的精神特质与伦理诉求。

Educational informationization appears and develops along with the process of educational modernization. From the perspective of education informatization and education modernization, China’s educational informatization has gone through stages of "educational informatization is educational modernization", "educational informatization drives educational modernization" and "educational informatization leads educational modernization". Educational informationization has also changed from an exogenous tool to an endogenous force. At present, the restrictive factors of educational informationization leading to educational modernization include the lag of integration of information technology and education caused by exogenous technology, and the inertia of educational system to eliminate the effectiveness of information technology reform. The future direction of education modernization led by education informatization mainly includes grasping the time connotation of the relationship between education informatization and education modernization, innovating and constructing modern education system, guarding the spiritual characteristics and ethical appeal of education rationally.
