摘要
新发展理念下高校卓越教师培养机制包括“承”与“立”、“强”与“优”、“合”与“融”、“建”与“创”,具体而言应继承发展师范教育百年传统,建立卓越教师培养绿色生态系统;强化优质师资保障,着力建设优秀的“双导师”和“双师型”教师队伍;合作共享优质教育资源,构建协同开放的卓越教师培养融合模式;建构新的课程体系和资源平台、追求卓越的质量保障体系,创新卓越教师培养的质量标准和评价机制。
The research shows that under the concept of innovation and development, the outstanding teacher training in institutions of higher learning involves mechanisms featuring "continuity" and "establishment";"powerfulness" and "excellence";"combination" and "integration," "building" and "creation". To put it more specifically, in the innovation of training mechanisms of outstanding teachers, we need to inherit and develop the century-old tradition of teacher education;establish green ecosystems for the cultivation of excellent teachers;ensure the supply of quality teachers by building a "double-qualified" teachers team. We should also share quality educational resources, build collaborative and open models of excellence in teacher development, build new curriculum systems and resource platforms, and innovate quality standards and evaluation mechanisms for the cultivation of outstanding teachers.
