摘要 以学生需求为中心开展的调查发现,我国对医学研究生伦理学教育重要性的认识有待提高,教育效果有待提升,教育目标设置不尽合理,课程设置与实施存在诸多弊端,师资力量比较单一和薄弱。为此,应提升各方对医学伦理素养教学的重视程度,将立德树人作为核心定位,构建中国特色医学伦理教育体系;以科学与人文融合为中心,彰显医学伦理教育学科交叉的课程特色;强调“以人为本”,建立以“自主学习”为中心的医学伦理的课程教学方式。 The"Healthy China Strategy" demands a higher level of ethics from medical students and medical practitioners. But there still exist problems in the education of medical ethics in China, which require in-depth investigation and analysis and proper solutions. This study, conducted on the basis of students’ needs, is intended to understand the cognition, current situation, predicaments and demands of the ethics education of medical postgraduates. An empirical study is combined with a review of relevant literatures to provide data and theoretical analysis of the current situation of the education of medical ethics. Hopefully the practical suggestions put forward in this paper will enhance the education of medical ethics and help foster medical practitioners with firm beliefs and high medical ethical standard for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
