摘要 为解决陆基阻拦质量车试验中因场地条件限制而无法在质量车上安装尾钩进行挂索的问题,首先在质量车前端设计三角形的车头,边沿为向内凹陷的索槽,进行撞索并防止阻拦过程中绳索脱落;然后,对车头索槽结构进行了建模,对索槽撞索条件下的绳索运动和受力情况进行了研究和仿真,准确预测到了质量车阻拦;最后,对仿真的过载和绳索受力情况进行对比,分析了阻拦中各部件以及阻拦效果的影响。该研究结果可为下一步飞机阻拦建模仿真能否有效预测实际情况提供初步验证。 In the ground-based arrest quality-vehicle test, the limiting conditions render it impossible to mount the tail hook on the quality-vehicle. Thus a triangular-shaped locomotive at the front of the mass vehicle is designed whose edge is grooved to the inner sag so as to conduct the collision and prevent the rope from falling off during the process of arresting. The structure of the cable groove is modeled and the rope movement and stress condition under the condition of the cable groove are stu-died, so that the simulation can predict the quality vehicle block with accuracy. Meanwhile, the simulation overload and the rope force are compared, and the influence of this structure on the components and the arresting effect is analyzed. Furthermore, the simulation model is used to predict the aircraft tail hook arrest to provide a preliminary argument for the subsequent task.
