复合暂堵转向酸化压裂技术在塔河油田的应用 被引量:11

摘要 为了解决塔河油田碳酸盐岩储层水平井分段酸化压裂过程中存在的机械封隔分段工具下入困难、坐封可靠性差、压裂后工具滞留井中影响后续作业的问题,开展了复合暂堵转向酸化压裂技术研究。该技术通过转向酸、尾追多尺度纤维段塞和可溶性暂堵颗粒的复合作用实现暂堵酸化分段压裂。对塔河油田缝洞型储层转向酸化压裂改造可行性进行了分析,并对工艺参数进行了优化,形成复合暂堵转向酸化压裂工艺技术。该技术在塔河油田现场应用9井次,有效率为95%,压裂后累计增油超过10×10^4t,增油效果明显。复合暂堵转向酸化压裂技术可解决塔河油田水平井机械封隔分段酸化压裂过程中存在的诸多问题,对同类油田的酸化压裂有指导意义,值得推广。 The compound temporary plugging steering acid fracturing was researched to improve the run-in of mechanical packer,the reliability of setting tool and the subsequence operation influenced by tool stay in the borehole in the acid fracturing of horizontal wells in the carbonate reservoirs of Tahe Oilfield.The temporary plugging steering multi-stage fracturing is achieved by combining the steering acid,tail multi-scale fiber slug and soluble temporary plugging particle.The feasibility of temporary plugging steering acid fracturing in the fracture-cave reservoir of Tahe Oilfield was analyzed,and the operation parameters were optimized to develop a compound temporary steering acid fracturing technology.A total of 9 well-time pilot tests was implemented in Tahe Oilfield with prominent oil increment performance,the effective rate is 95%and the cumulative oil increment exceeds 10×10^4t after treatment.The horizontal well multi-stage fracturing with mechanical isolation in Tahe Oilfield can be improved by this compound temporary plugging steering acid fracturing technology,which could also provide certain guidance for the acid fracturing of similar reservoirs and is worthy of wide promotion.
