摘要
海上油田聚驱后大量残留在地层中的聚合物随采出液大量产出,对环境造成了严重的污染。筛选出适用于海上油田残留聚合物的再利用剂驱替体系,再利用剂通过与地层聚合物发生交联反应,封堵高渗透层,控制含水。实验结果表明:驱替液中加入交联剂后,体系的粘度均能保持在5000mPa·s以上,当聚合物浓度大于800mg·L^-1时,交联剂对地层和聚合物的固定效果显著,在聚合物水驱的基础上加入0.2PV的交联剂后采收率提高了12.46个百分点。
A large amount of polymer remaining in the formation after polymer flooding in the offshore oilfield has caused serious pollution to the environment with the large output of the produced fluid.A reuse agent displacement system suitable for residual polymer in offshore oil fields is screened,and the reuse agent cross-links with the formation polymer to block the high-permeability layer and control the water content.The experimental results show that the viscosity of the system can be maintained above 5000mPa·s after the addition of the crosslinking agent in the displacement fluid.When the polymer concentration is greater than 800mg·L^-1,the fixing effect of the crosslin-king agent on the formation and the polymer is obtained.Significantly,the recovery factor was increased by 12.46 percentage points after adding 0.2PV of cross-linking agent to the polymer water flooding.
