血清D-二聚体、纤维蛋白及血小板与妊娠期缺血性脑卒中的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Serum D-dimer, Fibrin and Platelet with Ischemic Stroke during Pregnancy

目的分析血清D-二聚体、纤维蛋白及血小板与妊娠期缺血性脑卒中的相关性。方法选取2016年2月-2019年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第990医院收治的妊娠期缺血性脑卒中患者108例作为研究组,再选取108例健康体检者作为参照组,对两组受检者实施血清D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白(FIB)及血小板(PLT)指标检测。对比两组D-D、FIB、PLT水平并分析结果相关性。结果治疗前,研究组D-D、FIB、PLT水平显著高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后D-D、FIB、PLT水平显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论D-D、FIB、PLT水平与妊娠期缺血性脑卒中之间具有密切相关性,妊娠期缺血性脑卒中患者D-D、FIB、PLT水平相对较高,以此能为后期治疗提供有利依据,值得进一步研究。

Objective To analyze the correlation of serum D-dimer(D-D),fibrin(FIB)and platelet(PLT)with ischemic stroke during pregnancy.Methods 108 patients with gestational ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study group,and 108 healthy patients were selected as the control group.D-D,FIB and PLT were measured and compared and analyzed the correlation of these indexes between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of D-D,FIB and PLT in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of D-D,FIB and PLT in the study group were significantly higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close correlation between D-D,FIB and PLT levels and gestational ischemic stroke.The levels of D-D,FIB and PLT of gestational ischemic stroke are relatively high,which can provide a favorable basis for later treatment and is worthy of further study.
