中医综合疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎中的临床应用

Clinical Application of TCM Comprehensive Therapy in Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)应用中医综合疗法治疗的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月-2019年4月榆树市中医院收治的KOA患者80例进行研究,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组用常规西医方案治疗,观察组则加用中医综合疗法治疗,包括电针、艾灸、推拿、中药熏洗等。评价两组效果,调查治疗前与治疗后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疼痛VAS评分、膝关节功能评分,并对比。结果观察组总有效率明显更高,与对照组差异明显(P<0.05);两组治疗前SAS、SDS、VAS、膝关节功能评分对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组前述评分均更低,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论KOA应用中医综合疗法治疗,不仅可以提高临床效果,而且可以更好地改善患者的焦虑、抑郁症状,缓解疼痛,改善膝关节功能,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)comprehensive therapy in knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 80 patients with KOA admitted to TCM Hospital of Yushu from May 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in this study,and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine regimen,while the observation group was treated with TCM comprehensive therapy on the basis of the control group,including electroacupuncture,moxibustion,massage and fumigation,etc.The effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the SAS scores,SDS scores,VAS scores and functional scores of knee joint were investigated and compared before and after treatment.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of SAS,SDS,VAS and knee function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the aforementioned scores were lower in the observation group after treatment,with significant difference from the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying TCM comprehensive therapy to KOA can not only improve the clinical effect,but also improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression,relieve pain and improve the function of knee,which is worthy of clinical application.
