摘要
使用氧化镁催化臭氧化降解脱色木醋液转化液(以醋酸镁为主的溶液)。考察氧化镁用量对木醋液转化液降解脱色效果的影响以及脱色过程中木醋液转化液的pH值变化。结果表明,氧化镁可有效提高降解脱色效果,其中4 g/L氧化镁降解效果最佳。氧化镁作为碱催化剂,促使羟基自由基的产生,加快分解大分子有机物生成小分子有机酸类物质;降解脱色完成后木醋液转化液中的残余固体粉末为草酸镁。
Magnesium oxide was used for catalytic ozonation degradation of wood vinegar conversion solution(magnesium acetate-based solution).The magnesium oxide dosage on the degradation of wood vinegar conversion solution and the change of pH value of wood vinegar conversion solution were investigated.The results showed that the magnesium oxide effective improved the degradation reaction.The optimum amount of magnesium oxide was determined to be 4 g/L.Magnesium oxide as a typical alkaline could promote the generation of hydroxyl radicals in the process of catalytic reaction.As a result,the degradation of macromolecular organic compound was enhanced,and small molecular organic acids were formed.The residual solid after the degradation was magnesium oxalate.
