再生覆膜砂粉尘对硫氧镁发泡芯板的改性作用

摘要 为了开发再生覆膜砂粉尘资源化利用新途径,在硫氧镁发泡芯板中掺入再生覆膜砂粉尘,研究了再生覆膜砂粉尘对硫氧镁发泡芯板力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,再生覆膜砂粉尘对硫氧镁发泡芯板的凝结时间没有显著性影响,可以显著提高硫氧镁发泡芯板的抗压、抗折性能,对硫氧镁发泡芯板具有良好的改性作用。 In order to develop a new way of recycling the recycled coated sand dust,the effect of the recycled coated sand dust on the mechanical properties of the foam core board was studied.The results show that the regeneration coated sand dust has no significant effect on the setting time of the foam core board,which can significantly improve the compressive and flexural properties of the foam core board,and has a good modification effect on the foam core board.
