摘要
通过研究环境湿度变化对烟用爆珠的压力值、压力均值、最小压力值、压缩比、气泡、裂纹等机械性能和物理性能的影响,寻找最佳的环境存储湿度。结果表明环境湿度越大,爆珠的压力值合格率显著降低,压缩比显著增大,易出现回软、难捏爆现象;环境湿度越小,爆珠的压力值合格率明显降低,压缩比明显变小,爆珠呈现韧性差、易碎现象;而环境湿度变化对爆珠的气泡和裂纹无显著影响;爆珠最佳的环境湿度为50%~60%RH。
By studying the influence of environmental humidity on the physical properties of cigarette capsules,such as pressure value,mean pressure value,minimum pressure value and compression ratio,bubbles and cracks.The optimum environmental storage humidity was found to ensure the performance of the capsules.The results showed that the higher the environmental humidity,the lower the qualified rate of pressure value of the capsules,the higher the compression ratio,the easier the softening phenomenon and the more difficult to pinch and explode the environment.The smaller the humidity,the lower the qualified rate of pressure value,the smaller the compression ratio,the lower the toughness of the capsule,which is easy to crush.The change of ambient humidity has no significant effect on bubble and crack of capsule.The best environmental humidity is 50%~60%RH,which can improve the quality of the capsule products.Storage in low humidity and high humidity environment will reduce the quality of the capsule.
