摘要
结合延长油田单井低产、计量困难的现场实际,研制了双腔式油井三相计量装置并设计了其控制方案,介绍了该装置的计量原理、结构特点、系统组成。现场应用表明,该装置具有操作简单、自动化水平高、计量数据准确可靠等优点,实现了单井产量在线连续计量,在低产量、间歇式油井具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Based on the low-yield and difficult-to-measure field conditions of a single well in Yanchang Oilfield,a double-cavity oil well three-phase metering device is developed in this paper,and its control scheme is also designed.It is also introduced including the metering principle,structural characteristics,and system composition of above device The field application shows that the device has the advantages of simple operation,high level automation,accurate and reliable metering data,etc.It realizes continuous online measurement in single-well production,and has broad application prospects in low-production intermittent oil wells.
