摘要 目前,我国的技术评估工作主要集中在技术推广、项目管理和评估等方面,忽视了技术对环境、社会和经济的影响,缺乏针对工程中所采用技术的评估工作,给相关部门的管理工作带来了极大的困难。本研究中,结合美国等发达国家在技术评估方面的经验,提出了建立与完善土壤与地下水污染防治领域专家库、开展技术评估工作、公开技术评估报告、颁布技术评估指南规范的建议。 At present, most of technology assessments in China focus on technology extension,management, assessment of project, and the influences of technologies on environment, society, and economy are ignored. In this research, based on the experiences of technology assessment in America and other developed countries, four suggestions on the future development of technology assessment in China were proposed, including the establishment and improvement of the expert database in the remediation technologies of soil and groundwater pollution control field, the conduct of technology assessment, the publishing of technology assessment reports, and the promulgating of technology assessment guidelines.
