摘要
为了探究不同种植因素对菘蓝叶片叶绿素含量的影响,通过设置不同覆膜方式、浸种温度、株行距、播种期等,在9-10月间对菘蓝叶片中的叶绿素含量进行了测定分析。结果表明:覆膜方式以垄作覆白膜,种子处理以低温、高温变温浸种,株行距以10cm×20cm,播种期在5月7-17日,品种以选用抗抽薹的品种,对提高菘蓝叶片的光合作用最为适宜。
In order to explore the dynamic change rule of chlorophyll content in Isatis indigotica Fort.leaves under different planting factors,the chlorophyll content in Isatis indigotica Fort.Leaves was measured during 9-10 months by setting the planting methods of film mulching,seed soaking temperature,plant row spacing,sowing time and so on.The results showed that it was better to cover the white film in the ridge mulching mode,better to soak the seeds at low temperature and high temperature,the row spacing of 10 cm×20 cm was the most suitable,and the sowing time was better between May 7 th-17 th,and it was better to choose the varieties with anti-moss extraction.
