竹纤维微生物菌肥对番茄产量和品质的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为减少化肥、农药的用量,提高蔬菜的产量和品质,通过对番茄幼苗单一施用科斯润竹纤维微生物菌肥,分析该菌肥对番茄生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:施用微生物菌肥能促进番茄的植株生长和根系生长,显著提高了番茄果实的产量和品质。处理组14d的番茄幼苗株高比对照组高10.2cm,生长速度是对照组的1.95倍;单株产量较对照增加167%,达显著性差异水平(P<0.05);各营养指标亦有显著改善:硝酸盐含量较对照降低15.5%,可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、番茄红素含量分别较对照增加19.5%、25.7%、345.7%、20.3%、56.9%,均达到了显著差异水平(P<0.05)。 In order to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides and improve the yield and quality of vegetables, the effects of microbial fertilizer on the growth, yield and quality of tomato were studied by application of Kesirun microbial fertilizer under field conditions. The results showed that the application of microbial fertilizer could promote the growth of tomato plant and root system, and significantly improve the quality and yield of tomato. The plant height of tomato in the treatment group was 10.2 cm higher than that in the control group at 14-days, and the growth rate was 1.95 times higher than that in the control group. The per plant yield increased by 167% compared with that in the control group, reaching a significant difference level(P < 0.05). The nutritional indicators were also significantly improved(P < 0.05): nitrate content decreased by 15.5%, The contents of soluble solids, soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C and lycopene increased by 19.5%, 25.7%, 345.7%, 20.3% and 56.9% compared with the control group, respectively.
