摘要
制度性羞辱是一种极不愉快的体验,会给人带来严重的物质损害和精神创伤。而正派社会始终以祛除施加在人身上的这种制度性羞辱为基本诉求。教育作为社会的子系统,正派教育制度同样以祛除在受教育者身上的制度性羞辱为诉求。正派的教育制度应当将"不羞辱任何一个受教育者"奉为教育制度的优先原则,将"把受教育者当人看"视为教育制度的立足根蒂,且使教育制度的品质兼具平等、博爱与宽容的多重秉性。但检视当下教育制度,羞辱却俯拾即是,以隐私侵犯、烙污、压迫与排斥等形式为甚。为了祛除羞辱,促成正派教育制度的实现,需进一步消弭对教育羞辱的认知误区,构筑以人本为内核的制度体系以及探寻弥合创伤的制度补偿机制。
Institutional humiliation is a very unpleasant experience that can cause serious material damage and trauma. The decent society has always taken the basic humiliation imposed on people as the basic appeal. Education as a subsystem of society, the decent education system also seeks to eliminate institutional humiliation on the educated. The decent education system should regard "not humiliating any educated person" as the first principle of the education system, and regard "seeing the educated person as a person" as the basis of the education system, and the quality of the educational system is the multiple nature of equality, fraternity and tolerance. However, when examining the current education system, humiliation is visible, in the form of privacy violations, branding, oppression and exclusion. In order to eliminate the humiliation and promote the realization of the decent education system, it is necessary to further eliminate the cognitive misunderstanding of education humiliation, build an institutional system with humanism as the core and explore the institutional compensation mechanism to bridge the trauma.
