异地务工随迁子女积分制入学政策研究——以东莞市为例

摘要 通过收集积分制入学相关政策法规、教育局数据、统计年鉴数据和文献数据,对东莞市异地务工随迁子女积分制入学政策的优势、现状、问题及原因和建议对策进行研究。研究发现:积分制入学政策打破了户籍制度的限制,但存在异地务工随迁子女入读公办学校人数少、政策参与率低、各镇区录取比例差异大、录取分数逐年提高和政策宣传不足的问题,需要通过提升公办学校数量和学位、提高民办学校办学水平和加强政策宣传力度来解决上述问题。 By collecting relevant policies and regulations, data of the education bureau, statistical yearbook data and literature data, this paper studies the advantages, current situation, problems, causes and suggestions of the enrollment policy of the children of migrant workers in different places in DongGuan. Study found: point admission policy broke the limitation of the household registration system, but there is a long-distance migrant workers trailing children enrolled in less number of public schools, policy participation rate is low, large difference of enrolment in each township, admission scores increase year by year and the problem of insufficient policy propaganda, through increasing number of public schools and degree, improve the level of private school education and strengthen the publicity of policy to solve the problem.
