移动X线机的数字化X线摄影改造

摘要 目的将普通移动X线机升级为数字化X线摄影(DR)系统,且DR摄影系统与医学影像存储和传输系统(PACS)实现无线与有线两种连接方式。方法普通移动X线机无需任何改动,仅将原来影像板(IP)更换为FDR CALNEO flex无线DR系统,即可完成移动X线机的床旁数字化X线摄影改造。结果普通移动X线机经数字化X线摄影改造后,图像质量得到大幅提高,获得影像诊断及临床各科室医师认可,床旁拍摄后5 s内获得高清晰图像,可立即通过无线连接上传PACS系统,效率极高。结论普通移动X线机数字化X线摄影改造,成本低,不浪费原有移动X线机,床旁摄片图像质量及效率大幅提高,影像诊断及临床各科室医师能及时获得准确的患者疾病信息,尤其有利于对急危重症患者的诊断治疗工作。 Objective To upgrade the ordinary mobile X ray machine to digital radiography(DR) system,the DR photography system and the PACS system have two connection modes of wireless connection and wired connection. Methods The ordinary mobile X ray machine needs no change, only the original image board(IP) was replaced by FDR CALNEO flex wireless DR system, and the digital X ray photography of the mobile X ray machine could be completed. Results The image quality of the mobile X ray machine was greatly improved after the change, and the imaging diagnostics and clinical physicians were approved. The high clear image was obtained in 5 seconds after bedside photography, and It can be uploaded to the PACS system by wireless connection immediately. Conclusion The cost of the change is low, and the original mobile X ray machine is not wasted. The image quality and efficiency of the bedside photography are greatly improved. The image diagnosis and clinical physicians can get accurate patient′s disease information in time, especially for the diagnosis and treatment of critical patients.
