肺真菌病的影像诊断

Imaging diagnosis of pneumomycosis

目的探讨肺真菌病的影像学特征。方法回顾性分析临床证实的39例肺真菌病的临床及影像学资料。结果影像学表现有多发斑片状模糊影2例,大叶实变1例,空洞或空腔内结节22例。单发结节或肿块5例,多发结节及肿块9例。结节或肿块伴斑片影10例。结论 CT对有特征性表现的肺真菌病可作出诊断。

Objective To explore imaging features of pneumomycosis and to improve its radiological diagnosis. Methods The clinical and imaging findings of 39 cases with pneumomycosis were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnosis in all cases was confirmed by surgery,sputum exam for fungus. Results The following signs were observed.Multiple patchy shadow was seen in 2 cases,darge pulmonary consolidation in one. Nodule in a cavity/hollow were seen in 22 cases. Solitary nodule or mass were seen in 5 cases. Multiple nodule or mass in one or both lung fields was seen in 9 cases. Solitary/multiple nodule or mass mixed with patchy shadow in 10 cases. Conclusion Pneumomycosis with characteristic manifestation can be correctly diagnosed by CT scan.
