多层螺旋CT三维重建技术与计算机摄片对肋骨骨折的诊断价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术与计算机摄片(DR)对肋骨骨折的诊断价值。方法选择本院于2016年8月至2018年8月收治的肋骨骨折患者90例作为资料,均行多层螺旋CT三维重建技术与DR平片诊断,结合术后诊断结果比较2种检测方法肋骨骨折价值。结果多层螺旋CT三维重建检出肋骨骨折准确率为97.2%,漏诊率为2.8%,与DR平片检出率83.0%,漏诊率17.05%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多层螺旋CT三维重建对不同水平节段分布骨折准确率分别为100.0%、97.9%、94.4%,均显著高于DR平片86.7%、84.0%、76.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用多层螺旋CT三维重建检出率为98.9%,准确率为97.83%与DR平片诊断91.3%、89.1%比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肋骨骨折诊断中采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术与DR平片均具有一定的价值,其中多层螺旋CT三维重建可进一步检出骨折,准确率更高,更利于推广应用。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT and DR plain film in rib fracture.Methods Ninety patients with rib fracture admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as data.All patients were diagnosed by three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT and DR plain film.The value of the two methods was compared with the results of diagnosis after operation. Results The accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT in detecting rib fracture was 97.2%, the missed diagnosis rate was 2.8%, 83.0% and 17.0% compared with DR plain film, the difference was significant, P<0.05. The accuracy rates of three-dimensional reconstruction of multi-slice spiral CT for fracture of different levels were 100.0%, 97.9% and 94.4% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of DR plain films were 86.7%, 84.0%, 76.6%, P<0.05. The detection rate of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction was98.9%, and the accuracy rate was 97.8%, which was higher than that of DR plain film diagnosis were 91.3%, 89.1%,P<0.05. Conclusion MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technology and DR plain film have certain value in the diagnosis of rib fracture. MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction can further detect fracture, with higher accuracy, and is more conducive to popularization and application.
