橡子作猪饲料的营养价值评定 被引量:2

摘要 目前,商品饲料中传统能量饲料原料玉米供不应求,越来越多的非常规能量饲料开始应用于猪生产中,橡子作为一种淀粉含量高、粗脂肪含量与玉米相近的一种优质的非常规能量原料,具有很大的开发价值。本文通过交叉试验设计评价不同替代比例橡子粉的营养价值及对生长猪养分消化率的影响,结果表明,栓皮枥橡子是一种淀粉含量高、氨基酸含量丰富、高能值的饲料原料,可在一定程度替代玉米用作猪饲料;添加一定量的栓皮枥橡子粉对生长猪的消化率有显著影响。
