摘要
甲醇制烯烃(MTO)装置使用的催化剂SAPO-34分子筛具有较强的酸性催化特征,利用该性质对C4和C5进行裂解实验,文中通过实验得出在甲醇制烯烃催化剂的作用下能够部分裂解C4和C5,裂解产物中有目的产物质量分数约25%,不同的再生定碳对C4和C5的裂解程度也有差异,当再生催化剂定碳控制在1.3%-1.6%时,C4和C5的裂解程度最优。C5回炼时,乙烯和丙烯的收率能提高0.49%;同时,未反应的C4/C5进入反应器后抑制了甲醇制烯烃反应中C4/C5的生成,进一步提高烯烃的收率。
Since the catalyst SAPO-34 molecular sieve used in the MTO device has strong acidic catalytic characteristics,the experiment of cracking C4 and C5 can be excecution by using the property.The experimental results show that the catalyst of methanol to olefin can partially crack C4 and C5.The target product in the cracked product contains about 25%,and the degree of cracking of C4 and C5 is also different for different recycled carbon.When the carbonation of the regenerated catalyst is controlled at 1.3%-1.6%,the cracking degree of carbon tetra and carbon five is optimal,and the yield of ethylene and propylene can be increased by 0.49%.Meanwhile,the unreacted C4/C5 enters the reactor and inhibits the methanol system.The formation of C4/C5 in the olefin reaction further increases the yield of the olefin.
