不同养殖厂美洲大蠊药材红外指纹图谱双指标序列分析

Dual-index Sequential Analysis of Common and Variant Peak Ratio in Infrared Fingerprint of Periplaneta americana

目的:采用双指标序列分析法和聚类分析法对不同厂家美洲大蠊药材的红外指纹图谱进行比较分析,评价不同养殖厂美洲大蠊药材的质量均一性。方法:样品使用傅里叶红外光谱仪检测,数据进行聚类分析,同时利用共有峰率和变异峰率2个指标,按照共有峰率的大小建立不同的双指标序列分析法。结果:20个批次的美洲大蠊药材主成分差异不明显,主要的差异来源于药材采收时间以及养殖厂的养殖条件;并且红外光谱数据的聚类分析结果与双指标序列分析结果一致。结论:本方法具有良好的精密度、重复性、稳定性,红外光谱指纹图谱结合聚类分析或双指标序列法,可以快速、无损地评价不同产地的美洲大蠊药材质量。

Objective:The dual-index sequence analysis method and cluster analysis method were used to compare and analyze the infrared fingerprints of Periplaneta americana of different manufacturers, and the consistency of the quality of the medicinal materials was evaluated.Methods:The sample were detected by Fourier infrared spectrometer, and data were analyzed by clustering. At the same time, two indexes, the common peak ratio and the variation peak ratio, were used to establish different dual-index sequence analysis methods according to the order of the common peak ratio.Results:The main components of the 20 batches of Periplaneta americana were not significantly different. The main differences were from the harvest time of the medicinal materials and the breeding conditions of the plants;and the results of infrared clustering were consistent with the results of the dual-index sequence analysis.Conclusion:The method has good precision, repeatability and stability. The infrared spectral fingerprint combined with cluster analysis or dual-index sequence method can quickly and non-destructively evaluate the quality of the Periplaneta americana materials in different places.
