摘要 掏槽爆破是巷道掘进施工中的一项关键技术,掏槽孔的布置方式直接影响掘进施工爆破的质量。针对某金属矿山原掏槽爆破存在的爆破进尺较差及爆破效果不佳的问题,采用数值模拟的方法对掏槽孔布孔方式进行试验优化,将原来6个掏槽孔的布孔方式改为4个,并增大布孔间距,进而模拟对比了2种掏槽孔布孔方式的爆破效果。数值模拟试验结果表明,采用4个掏槽孔的布孔方式效果较好。现场工业试验表明:采用4个掏槽孔的布孔方式能够得到更优的爆破效果,同时提高了钻孔效率。该研究结果对类似巷道掘进的爆破施工具有重要的参考价值和指导意义。 Cut hole blasting is a piece of key technology in the roadway excavation construction. The layout of the cut hole can influence the quality of the blasting of roadway excavation directly. In light of the poor blasting footage and blasting performance incurred by the previous cut hole blasting in a metal mine,numerical simulation is used to carry out experimental optimization on the cut hole layout,reducing the previous 6 holes to 4 and enlarging the interval between holes,and furthermore,the blasting performance of the 2 hole layouts is compared. Simulation test results show that the 4 cut hole layout has the better performance. The on-site industrial test shows that the 4 cut hole layout can have better performance and at the same time improve drilling efficiency. The study results bear reference and guiding significance to similar roadway excavation blasting constructions.
