乙烯急冷区停工检修处理方案优化

SCHEME OPTIMIZATION FOR SHUTDOWN OVERHAUL OF QUENCHING SYSTEM IN ETHYLENE PLANT

针对乙烯装置检修急冷区停工处理,对停工步骤的关键要点控制进行了阐述。分析了关键点控制对急冷区停工时间的影响,为缩短急冷区停工时间,优化方案并提出了相应的操作思路和处理措施,并对停工处理至交出检修的部分风险点防范做了论述。

This paper introduces the control of key points of the shutdown procedures for quenching system in ethylene plant during overhaul, analyzes the influence of key point control on the downtime of quenching system,puts forward some corresponding operation ideas and solutions to shorten the downtime of quenching system,and discusses the prevention of some risk points from shutdown to handover for overhaul.
