摘要
德尔菲法是一种通过向专家进行几轮咨询,获得专家一致性意见的预测方法.由于其具有的匿名性、信息反馈性和对结果进行统计分析的3个优点,其在临床医学、心理学和护理学中应用广泛.随着药学工作不断向临床转型,德尔菲法成为临床药学研究的新手段.本文对德尔菲法的实施步骤和国内外德尔菲法在临床药物治疗、药品不良事件监测及药物经济学中的应用进行综述.
Delphi method is a prediction method that obtains expert consensus through several rounds of consultation with experts.Delphi method has the advantages of anonymity,timely information feedback and statistical analysis of the results,it is widely used in clinical medicine,psychology and nursing.With the continuous transformation of pharmaceutical work to clinical pharmacy,Delphi method has become a new means of clinical pharmacy research.In this paper,the implementation steps of Delphi method and its application in clinical drug treatment,adverse drug events monitoring and pharmacoeconomics at home and abroad are reviewed.
