高温油砂输送双层管屈曲失效动态模拟方法

摘要 为了确保高温埋地双层输送管道的总体稳定性,避免管道因轴向压缩力过大而导致屈曲失稳甚至泄漏,准确模拟双层管道屈曲失效过程并制定恰当的屈曲抑制措施十分必要。以某高温预应力油砂输送管道为例,应用OLGA软件及ABAQUS软件相结合,对埋地双层管道泄漏时管内流体瞬态变化过程、管道-土壤的耦合受力分析和隆起屈曲失效过程进行动态模拟,并提出缓解管道高温失稳的多项技术措施。双层管屈曲失效动态模拟方法有助于准确模拟埋地双层管道泄漏后的隆起屈曲,提升管道运行期的安全,并可用于管道泄漏事故原因评估。 To prevent upheaval buckling or even leakage of high temperature buried pipe-in-pipe pipeline,it is of significant benefit to properly simulate the global bucking process and take suitable measures,thus to reduce the axial compression force and improve the global stability performance. A high temperature oil-sand pipeline is taken as an example,and dynamic leakage,pipe-soil interaction and upheaval buckling process is simulated using software OLGA and ABAQUS. Technical measures to alleviate high temperature instability of pipeline are put forward. The leakage and upheaval buckling dynamic simulating method can properly simulate the buckling process of the buried pipe-in-pipe pipeline,and can be used in pipeline failure cause investigation.
