摘要
随着机电液一体化技术的发展,液压系统动作的控制精度、复杂程度、动态响应特性已成为液压领域研究的热门课题,而传统的液压系统设计手段已无法满足要求,据此基于AMEsim软件对液压系统进行仿真设计研究,同时提出了一种液压介质的建模方法,然后搭建一个调压回路系统,通过建模过程,详细介绍了AMEsim软件的液压仿真模块,并对常用模块进行举例分析,目的是为液压仿真提供一种有效的仿真手段,为液压系统的前期研究提供理论分析基础。
With the development of electromechanical and hydraulic integration technology,the control precision,complexity and dynamic response characteristics of hydraulic system operations have become a hot topic in the field of hydraulics research,and the traditional hydraulic system design methods can not meet the requirements,based on AMEsim software.The hydraulic system is simulated and designed.At the same time,a hydraulic medium modeling method is proposed.Then a voltage regulation loop system is built.Through the modeling process,the hydraulic simulation module of AMEsim software is introduced in detail,and the common modules are analyzed.The purpose is to provide an effective simulation method for hydraulic simulation,and provide theoretical analysis basis for the preliminary research of hydraulic system.
