摘要 实现动态无载法对异步电动机转矩转速特性的测取,根据GB/T1032-2012《三相异步电动机试验方法》最大转矩转换公式,将不同试验电压下最大转矩转换至额定电压最大转矩并搭建一套异步电动机转矩转速特性测绘试验平台。试验通过单片机对电动机转速信号进行采集,MATLAB软件对其进行数据处理,绘制转矩转速特性曲线。通过调压器调节输入电压,分析不同电压下电动机转矩转速变化特性。试验表明,利用动态无载法测得最大转矩与最大转矩保证值误差为6%。 The dynamic no-load method is used to measure the torque and speed characteristics of asynchronous motor. according to the GB/T1032-2012 test method of three-phase asynchronous motor > the maximum torque conversion method, the maximum torque under different test voltages is converted to the maximum torque of rated voltage, and a set of test platform for mapping torque and speed characteristics of asynchronous motor is built. The motor speed signal is collected by single chip microcomputer, and the data is processed by MATLAB software, and the torque and speed characteristic curve is drawn. The input voltage is adjusted by the voltage regulator, and the torque and speed variation characteristics of the motor under different voltages are analyzed. The test results show that the dynamic no-load method is used to measure the results. The error between the maximum torque and the maximum torque guarantee value is 6%.
