摘要
拉索是桥梁结构的重要构件,索力对桥梁健康的监测具有重要意义。研制了一套基于Lora的桥梁拉索索力远程监测系统,还利用Lora无线通信技术设计了一套低功耗、低碰撞的星型无线网络结构,介绍了振动频率法测量索力原理,给出了监测系统整体架构和模块化设计,最后进行了索力监测测试实验。实验结果表明,研制的索力远程监测系统功能完善、实时性强,为桥梁远程、长期监测提供了高效便捷的实施方法,具有较为广阔的应用前景。
Cable is an important component of bridge structure.Cable force is of great significance to bridge health monitoring.A remote monitoring system for cable tension of bridge cables based on Lora is developed.A low power consumption and low collision star wireless network structure is designed by using Lora wireless communication technology.The principle of cable tension measurement by vibration frequency method is introduced.The overall structure and modular design of the monitoring system are given.Finally,the cable tension monitoring test is carried out.Proven.The experimental results show that the developed cable force remote monitoring system has perfect functions and strong real-time performance.It provides an efficient and convenient implementation method for bridge remote and long-term monitoring,and has broad application prospects.
