甲荣康对甲状腺功能减退模型大鼠卵巢组织EGFR表达的影响

The Effects of Jiarongkang on the Expressions of EGFR in Ovarian Tissue of the Rats with Hypothyroidism

目的:探讨甲荣康对甲状腺功能减退模型大鼠卵巢组织表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)表达的影响。方法:用甲状腺次切除+丙基硫氧嘧啶(PTU)灌胃方式复制甲状腺功能减退大鼠模型,并分为5组(n=10):模型对照组、甲状腺素片组及甲荣康小、中、大剂量组,另加空白对照组,分别灌胃2周后,采用免疫组化法检测各组大鼠卵巢组织EGFR的表达。结果:模型对照组大鼠卵巢组织EGFR表达水平较空白对照组升高,甲荣康各剂量组大鼠卵巢组织EGFR表达水平较模型对照组降低,而且随着剂量的增加,降低更显著,优于甲状腺素片组。结论:甲荣康可能通过降低EGFR在模型大鼠卵巢组织中的异常表达,对甲状腺及性腺功能起到保护作用。

Objective:To explore the effects of Jiarongkang on the expressions of EGFR in ovarian tissue of rat model suffering hypothyroidism.Methods:Subthyroidectomy and intragastric administration of PTU were used to duplicate rat model with hypothyroidism,and they were divided into five groups(n=10):model control group,thyroid tablets group,low,moderate and high dosages groups of Jiarongkang,blank control group was established.After drenched for two weeks with medicine,immunohistochemical method was adopted to detect the expressions of EGFR in ovarian tissue of rats in different groups.Results:The expressions of EGFR in ovarian tissue of the rats with hypothyroidism in model control group rosecompared with blank control group,EGFR expressions in ovarian tissue of the rats in different dose groups of Jiarongkang reduced compared with model control group,as the dose increased,the expressions reduced notably,superior to thyroid tablets.Conclusion:Jiarongkang could protect the functions of thyroid and gonadal function which might be through decreasing abnormal expressions of EGFR in ovarian tissue of rat model.
