复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压患者的影响

Influence of Compound Danshen Injection and Magnesium Sulfate on Patients with Gestational Hypertension

目的:探讨复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压患者微炎症状态、妊娠结局及肾功能的影响。方法:将妊娠期高血压患者92例随机分为治疗组47例,对照组45例,对照组予硫酸镁治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合复方丹参注射液治疗,比较2组患者微炎症状态、妊娠结局及肾功能。结果:对照组有26例自然分娩,治疗组有43例自然分娩,且对照组妊娠结局中新生儿窘迫、早产以及产后出血发生率较治疗组高,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肾功能及微炎症状态改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参注射液联合硫酸镁可改善妊娠期高血压患者微炎症状态、妊娠结局及肾功能,效果优于单用硫酸镁治疗。

Objective:To discuss the influence of compound Danshen injection combined with magnesium sulfate on microinflammatory state,renal function and pregnancy outcomes of the patients with gestational hypertension(GH).Methods:All 92 GH patients were randomly allocated to 47 cases of the treatment group and 45 cases of the control group,the control group were treated by magnesium sulfate,and the treatment group by compound Danshen injection based on the therapy the control group accepted,to compare microinflammatory state,renal function and pregnancy outcomes of the patients between both groups.Results:There were 26 patients undergoing natural labor in the control group,and 43 cases in the treatment group,and the control group was higher than the treatment group in the incidences of neonatal distress,premature labor and postpartum hemorrhage,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvements of renal function and microinflammatory state(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen injection combined with magnesium sulfate could improve microinflammatory state,renal function and pregnancy outcomes of GH patients and the effects superior to these of only magnesium sulfate.
