从中医学角度认识刺激迷走神经治疗偏头痛 被引量:7

摘要 从传统中医理论对偏头痛的认识、中医学与耳针治疗技术、耳与神经的关系、耳穴与偏头痛以及针刺穴位的选择、经耳迷走神经刺激与偏头痛5方面入手探讨刺激迷走神经治疗偏头痛的科学性,指出中医学认为偏头痛的发生与走形于头侧的少阳经相关,又与肝失疏泄、气郁化火、上攻头面相关。在中医理论的指导下耳穴治疗偏头痛以耳甲区为治疗作用区取得了满意疗效,而耳甲区是迷走神经在体表的唯一分布区域。现代医学研究认为偏头痛与中枢神经功能紊乱相关,通过刺激迷走神经治疗偏头痛,以“耳穴-耳迷走神经-偏头痛”为主线,将现代医学技术与传统中医理论相结合,揭示三者的关系,寻找中医理论的科学性,为偏头痛的防治提供新思路。 The scientificity of nervi vagus stimulation in the treatment for hemicrania is explored from five aspects:the understanding to hemicrania from traditional TCM theory,TCM and ear acupuncture therapeutic technique,the relationship between ear and nerve,ear acupoints and hemicrania,the selection of acupuncture points,via-ear nervi vagus stimulation and hemicrania,it was pointed out that the incidence of hemicrania is related to gallbladder meridian which is distributed throughout the head side,related to liver failing to catharsis,stagnated Qi transforming into fire,attacking the head and face.Ear acupoints in the treatment for hemicrania around auricular concha region could obtain satisfactory effects under the guidance of TCM theory,and auricular concha region is the only region of nervi vagus distributed throughout body surface.In light of modern Western medicine,hemicrania is related to the dysfunction of central nervous system,in the treatment for hemicrania by nervi vagus stimulation,″ear acupoints-auricular nervi vagus-hemicrania″is taken as the main clue,modern medical technology is combined with traditional TCM theory to reveal the connection of the three,find out the scientificity of TCM theory,and provide new thinking for the prevention and treatment of hemicrania.
