患者自理能力评估量表在优质护理人员配备中的应用价值

The Value of Self-care Ability Assessment Applied to the Allocation of High Quality Nursing Staff

目的:探讨患者自理能力评估量表在优质护理人员配备中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年1~12月医院内科系统住院患者及相应护理人员为对照组,2016年1~12月医院内科系统住院患者及相应护理人员为观察组;观察组患者由该组护理人员采用患者自理能力评估量表对其进行评分,并按得分情况配备护理人员,同时实施相应护理措施,对照组患者由该组护理人员实施优质护理;比较2组患者干预前后科室床位护士比及医护比变化情况,统计2组护理人员每天平均工作时间及每周休息时间。结果:干预后观察组科室平均床位护士比及医护比低于干预前(P<0.05),且低于干预后对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员平均每天工作时间短于对照组(P<0.05),每周休息时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用患者自理能力评估量表能有效提高护理人员配备效率,降低护理资源浪费,缩短护理人员工作时间,提高其工作效率。

Objective:To explore the application value of self-care ability assessment in the allocation of high quality nursing staff.Methods:The inpatients and the corresponding nursing staffs in internal medicine system from January,2015 to December were selected as the control group,the inpatients and the corresponding nursing staffs in internal medicine system from January,2016 to December were chosen as the observation group,the patients in the observation group were assessed using self-care ability assessment by the nurses,and the nursing staffs were allocated according to the scores,and the corresponding nursing measures were implemented,while the control group accepted high quality nursing;to compare the ratios of beds to nurses in the departments and the ratios of doctor to nurses before and after the intervention within two groups,and count daily average work time and the rest time each week between both groups.Results:After the intervention,average bed-nurse ratios and doctor-nurse ratio in the observation group were lower than these before the intervention(P<0.05),and lower than these of the control group after the intervention(P<0.05);daily average work time of the nurses in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the rest time each week was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-care ability assessment could effectively raise allocation efficiency of the nurses,reduce the waste of nursing resources,shorten nurses'work time and raise their work efficiency.
