ACE、CICARE及LAST护理服务理念在脑梗死患者康复护理中的应用效果

Application Effects of ACE, CICARE and LAST Nursing Service Concept in Rehabilitation Nursing for the Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察ACE、CICARE及LAST护理服务在脑梗死患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法:将脑梗死恢复期患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上行ACE、CICARE及LAST护理服务,比较2组患者护理满意度、Barthel指数、护理依从性、回归社会生活信心等心理状况。结果:观察组护理满意度、Barthel指数、护理治疗依从性、对回归社会生活的信心及心理状况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ACE、CICARE及LAST护理服务有利于提高脑梗死患者临床康复护理满意度,提高患者慢病自我管理能力,增加护理治疗依从性及患者回归社会生活的信心,减少焦虑及抑郁情绪等心理状况的发生。

Objective:To observe application effects of ACE,CICARE and LAST nursing service in the rehabilitation nursing for the patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:Sixty patients with CI at the recovery phase were randomized into the observation group and the control group,30 cases each group.The control group accepted conventional nursing,and the observation group performed ACE,CICARE and LAST nursing service based on conventional nursing,to compare nursing satisfactory degree,Barthel index(BI),nursing compliance,the confidence of returning to the society and psychological status between both groups.Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in nursing satisfactory degree,BI,nursing compliance,the confidence of returning to the society and psychological status,and the difference could be found(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ACE,CICARE and LAST nursing service to clinical nursing for the patients with CI could help raise nursing satisfactory degree,lift chronic disease self-management ability,increase nursing therapeutic compliance,increase the patients’confidence of returning to civil life and relieve bad moods such as anxiety,depression and others.
