Advances in Integrative Medicine Therapy for Chemotherapy-related Oral Mucositis

综述化疗相关性口腔黏膜炎中西医药物治疗进展,指出目前化疗相关性口腔溃疡的治疗主要围绕细胞因子及生长因子,其中诸多国外临床研究结果虽然已经获得较高循证医学证据支持,但由于其副作用及昂贵的费用导致这类药物在国内临床应用较少。抗生素等相关含漱液的临床观察结果表明也取得了一定效果,但部分临床设计不够严谨,目前尚无高级别的循证医学证据。中医辨证施治目前尚无统一的中医诊疗常规及疗效判定标准,虽然临床报道较多,疗效较好,但仍无法形成体系,而且对于其病理生理及治疗机制尚未进行明确研究,这些问题需要进一步探讨。

By exploring the advances in integrative medicine therapy for chemotherapy-related oral mucositis(OM),it was pointed out that the therapy for chemotherapy-related OM mainly focused on cytokines and growth factors,among them,many foreign clinical research results have obtained higher evidence support of evidence-based medicine(EBM),its side effects and high costs caused fewer domestic clinical application of the drug.The results of clinical observation on the related gargle demonstrated that they have gained certain effects,but part of clincial design was not rigorous,currently high level of EBM evidence was lacked.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment had no unified TCM diagnostic and therapeutic routines and clinical effects evaluation criteria,although there were more clinical reports and better effects,it still couldn′t form the system.The pathoglogy,physiology and therapeutic mechanism were not studied clearly,these problems needed to be further investigated.
