图书馆学学风建设研究——以部分高校图书馆学研究生为例

Research on the Construction of Study Style in Library Science——A Case Study of Library Science Graduate Students in Some Universities

调研了图书馆学研究生学风建设的现状,分析了存在的问题与原因,并提出了相应的提升策略,为图书馆学教育的深入开展提供借鉴。利用实证调研的方法,获取图书馆学研究生在录取面试、培养过程、科研经历、就业等方面的一手资料,分析学风建设问题产生的原因,提出相对应的提升对策。针对图书馆学研究学风建设存在的原因,从招生录取、思想塑造、评价导向三个方面的提出了建议,即探索建立多元化分层次招生体制;宣传图书馆精神,加强基础理论研究;优化评价体系,树立正确导向。

The paper investigates the present situation of study style construction of library science graduate students,analyzes the existing problems and reasons and puts forward the corresponding strategies to provide references for the further development of library science education.Using empirical research methods to get access to the first-hand information of admission interview,cultivation process,scientific research experience,employment and other aspects,the paper analyses the causes of style construction problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.Aiming at the reasons for the study style construction of library science research,the paper then puts forward suggestions from three aspects:the admissions,ideological building and evaluation guidance,that is,to explore the establishment of diversified multi-level recruitment system,promote library spirit,strengthen basic theory research,optimize evaluation system and establish correct orientation.
