区域化CSSD两种器械预处理方法的效果评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Two Device Pretreatment Methods forRegionalized CSSD

目的探讨不同预处理方式对区域集中供应单位器械清洗质量的影响.方法选取区域集中供应单位的600件轴节器械,随机均分为A、B两组,A组采用纱布擦拭血渍和多酶保湿剂预处理,B组采用流动水下刷洗和低纤维絮毛巾擦干预处理.全自动清洗机机械清洗后应用目测法、AT P荧光检测仪检测法、蛋白残留检测法、血液残留检测法进行检测,观察和对比两组器械清洗消毒效果.结果两组清洗效果均符合院感院要求,两组检测值无显著差异性(P>0.05).结论A组与B组预处理方法对清洗质量的影响无显著差异性,均可采用,但是B组方法更为经济和方便,各服务单位更愿意接纳使用.

Objective To explore the effect of different pretreatment methods on the cleaning quality of equipment in regional centralized supply units. Methods Sixty-six axle knuckle instruments from regional centralized suppliers were randomly divided into two groups: instruments in group A were treated with gauze to wipe blood stains and multi-enzyme moisturizer pretreatment, instruments in group B were treated with mobile underwater scrubbing and low-fibre flocculent towel scrubbing. After mechanical cleaning, the automatic cleaning machine was tested by visual method, ATP fluorescence detector, protein residue detection and blood residue detection. The cleaning and disinfection effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The cleaning effect of the two groups met the requirements of the hospital, and there was no significant difference betweenthe two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the effect of pretreatment methods on cleaning quality, but group B was more economical and convenient, and the service units were more willing to accept it.
