个体化护理对高脂血症患者血脂水平和生活方式的影响研究

Lndividualized Nursing Care for Hyperlipidemia Patients with Lipid Levels and Lifestyle Lmpact Study

目的分析个体化护理对高脂血症患者血脂水平和生活方式的影响.方法选择我院就诊的90名高脂血症患者作为研究对象,按照数字随机法分为对照组(45名)和实验组(45名),并分别实施常规护理和个体化护理干预措施.比较两组患者的血脂指标检测情况、运动达标率和饮食达标率.结果实验组患者的TC、TG以及LDL-C水平明显低于护理前的水平(P<0.05),并且显著低于对照组患者护理后的水平(P<0.05);实验组HDL-C水平明显高于护理前(P<0.05),并且高于对照组护理后(P<0.05);实验组患者的运动达标率和饮食达标率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论个体化护理干预能够有效控制患者的血脂水平,并且使患者培养良好的饮食习惯和健康的生活方式,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on blood lipid level and lifestyle of hyperlipidemia patients. Methods Ninety patients with hyperlipidemia in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into control group(45 patients) and experimental group(45 patients) according to the digital random method. Routine nursing and individualized nursing intervention were implemented respectively. The blood lipid index, exercise rate and diet rate were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05), and significantly lower than those after nursing in the control group(P<0.05);the level of HDL-C in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before nursing(P<0.05), and higher than that after nursing in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of reaching the standard was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can effectively control patients’ blood lipid level, and make patients develop good dietary habits and healthy lifestyle, which is worth promoting.
