宫颈病变筛查检测手段的联合应用效果分析

目的观察宫颈病变筛查检测手段的联合应用的效果.方法回顾性分析我院行TCT筛查阳性的288例患者的临床资料.所有患者行高危型HPV-DNA检测和宫颈活检.观察所有患者的HPV阳性率、CINI和CINⅡ-Ⅲ及浸润癌的检出率情况.结果所有患者中,HPV阳性132人,HPV阳性率66.3%(132/199).CINI检出17例,检出率12.9%(17/132);CINⅡ-Ⅲ28例,检出率21.2%(28/132);浸润癌3例,检出率2%(3/132).结论对适龄妇女有效、准确地筛查极为重要,联合多种方法可提高准确率,对筛查出的CIN妇女合理干预,筛查才有意义.

Objective To observe the effect of combined application of screening and detection methods for cervical lesions. Methods The clinical data of 288 patients with positive TCT screening in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent high-risk HPV-DNA testing and cervical biopsy. The positive rate of HPV, CINI, CIN II-III and the detection rate of invasive cancer were observed in all patients. Results Of all the patients, 132 were HPV positive, and the HPV positive rate was 66.3%(132/199). CINI detected 17 cases, the detection rate was 12.9%(17/132);CIN II-III 28 cases, the detection rate was 21.2%(28/132);invasive cancer 3 cases, the detection rate was 2%(3/132). Conclusion Effective and accurate screening for women of the right age is very important. Combination of various methods can improve the accuracy of screening, and reasonable intervention for screened CIN women will make screening meaningful.
