酶联免疫吸附法检测梅毒螺旋体感染的价值探讨

Value of Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay in Detecting Treponema pallidum Infection

目的探讨酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测梅毒螺旋体感染的价值.方法选取我院150例疑似梅毒患者,对其进行ELISA和TPPA(梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验)检测.以TPPA检测结果为金标准,比较ELISA检测梅毒螺旋体感染的应用价值.结果与TPPA检测法相比,ELISA法在阳性率、准确率、灵敏度、特异度等方面均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论ELISA检测梅毒螺旋体感染准确度、灵敏度、特异度都较高,并且可以批量检测,检测成本低,可作为梅毒螺旋体感染筛查的检测方法.

Objective To explore the value of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in detecting Treponema pallidum infection. Methods 150 suspected syphilis patients in our hospital were tested by ELISA andTPPA(Treponema pallidum gelatin particle agglutination test).To compare the application value of ELISA in detection of Treponema pallidum infection with TPPA as the gold standard. Results Compared with TPPA,ELISA had higher positive rate,accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion ELISA has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity for detection of Treponema pallidum infection,and can be used in batch detection with low detection cost.It can be used as a detection method for Treponema pallidum infection screening.
