优质护理服务模式在健康体检人群中的应用

Application of Quality Nursing Service Model in Health Examination Population

目的观察优质护理服务模式应用于健康体检人群的效果.方法选择在我院进行体检的100名体检者作为本次研究服务的对象,按照预先编排好的体检顺序号随机分为优质组(Y组,50名)和普通组(P组,50名).普通组体检者给予普通的常规护理服务模式,优质组体检者享受优质护理服务模式.观察和比较两组体检者的平均体检时间、护理满意度情况.结果Y组体检者的平均体检时间明显短于P组,护理满意度也显著高于P组,且两组相比,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在健康体检过程中应用优质护理服务模式,能有效节省体检时间,提高体检效率,提高体检者的满意度,值得推广.

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing service mode applied to health checkup crowd. Methods 100 physical examinees were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into high quality group(group Y,50)and normal group(group P,50)according to the pre-arranged physical examination sequence number.The general group of physical examinees were given the general routine nursing service mode,while the high-quality group of physical examinees enjoyed the high-quality nursing service mode.Observe and compare the average physical examination time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups. Results The average time of physical examination in group Y was significantly shorter than that in group P,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in group P,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing service mode in the process of health examination can effectively save the time of physical examination,improve the efficiency of physical examination and improve the satisfaction of physical examinees,which is worth promoting.
