甲状腺手术患者应用优质护理干预的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of high Quality Nursing Intervention on Patients Undergoing Thyroid Surgery

目的分析在甲状腺手术患者中应用优质护理干预的效果.方法选择我院拟接受甲状腺手术的90例患者,按照数字编号随机法分为优质组(Y组,45例)和常规组(C组,45例).两组均进行常规护理干预,Y组患者再予以优质护理干预.观察两组患者的临床护理效果.结果Y组患者护理后的SAS(焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)评分均低于C组患者,并发症发生率低于C组,护理满意度高于C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对甲状腺手术患者应用优质护理干预,能够有效改善患者抑郁、焦虑的心理状态,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广使用.

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients undergoing thyroid surgery. Methods Ninety patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into high quality group(group Y,45 cases)and conventional group(group C,45 cases).Routine nursing intervention was given in both groups,and high quality nursing intervention was given in group Y.To observe the clinical nursing effect of the two groups. Results The SAS(Self-rating Anxiety Scale)and SDS(Self-rating Depression Scale)scores of group Y after nursing were lower than those of group C,the incidence of complications was lower than that of group C,and the satisfaction of nursing was higher than that of group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyroid surgery can effectively improve their psychological state of depression and anxiety,reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
