健康教育在小儿癫痫患者护理中应用效果观察

Effect of health education on the nursing of children with epilepsy in children

目的分析健康教育在小儿癫痫患者护理中的应用效果.方法选择小儿癫痫患者(40例),选择时间为2017.2.22-2019.2.23,通过动态化随机分组的方式将选择例数分为2组,20例/组.分别给予常规护理、健康教育,比较2组家属健康知识掌握情况、患者家属护理满意度.结果观察组疾病知识、用药知识、饮食知识、其他知识等掌握情况明显高于对照组,且患者家属护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05.结论健康教育在小儿癫痫患者护理中具有一定的影响,值得临床进一步运用以及推广.

Objective To analyze the application effect of health education in the nursing of children with epilepsy. Methods Patients with pediatric epilepsy(40 cases)were selected.The selection time was 2017.2.22-2019.2.23.The number of selection cases was divided into 2 groups and 20 cases/group by means of dynamic randomization.Regular nursing and health education were given respectively,and the health knowledge of the two groups of family members and the satisfaction of the family members were compared. Results The disease knowledge,medication knowledge,dietary knowledge,and other knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the patient’s family satisfaction was higher than the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Health education has a certain influence on the nursing of children with epilepsy,which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
