摘要
用挤出成型法制备了V-Ti-W催化剂;以氯苯为探针反应物,使用自制的催化剂评价装置考察了不同烟气条件下的催化剂脱二噁英性能。结果表明:在350℃下,催化剂具有较高的氯苯氧化率(>90%),在200℃下,氯苯氧化率降至30%左右;H2O会抑制该反应的进行,随着水含量的增加,抑制作用逐渐增强后趋于稳定;温度不同,SO2的影响也不同,在350℃下,SO2对反应影响不大,在200℃下,SO2会降低氯苯氧化率;氯苯氧化率随氯苯浓度增加而降低,随n(NH3)/n(NO)的增加而降低,随空速增加而降低。
V-Ti-W catalyst was prepared by extrusion.Using chlorobenzene as the probe reactant,the performance of dioxin removal was tested with a self-made catalyst evaluation device.The results show that at 350℃,the catalyst has a higher oxidation rate of chlorobenzene(>90%),and at 200℃,the oxidation rate of chlorobenzene drops to about 30%.H2O will inhibit the reaction,and the inhibition will gradually increase with the increase of water content and then become stable.At different temperatures,the influence of SO2 is also different,at 350℃,SO2 has little effect on the reaction,and at 200℃,SO2 will reduce the oxidation rate of chlorobenzene.The oxidation rate of chlorobenzene decreases with the increase of chlorobenzene concentration,n(NH3)/n(NO)and space velocity.
