交直流电晕老化对脂环族环氧树脂性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 长期暴露于电晕放电环境会引起环氧树脂表面腐蚀及结构破坏,导致憎水性降低、缝隙变形和表面氧化,为此提出采用针板电极试验装置对环氧树脂材料进行相同环境条件下的交直流电晕老化试验,利用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱及X射线能谱分析研究环氧树脂材料憎水性和憎水恢复性。试验结果表明:随着交直流电晕老化时间的增加,环氧树脂试样的憎水性均遭到了破坏,但长时间的交流电晕老化后的试样憎水性不能完全恢复而直流电晕老化后的试样憎水性可以恢复;交流电晕老化对试样表面微观结构和内部官能团的破坏比直流电晕更严重;环氧树脂材料经过交直流老化后表面元素C、Al含量减少,Si、O含量增加。 To solve the problems of hydrophobicity decrease,gap deformation and surface oxidation caused by surface corrosion and structure damage of the epoxy resin due to long-term exposure to corona discharge environment,this paper proposes to use the needle and plate electrode test device to conduct the corona aging test of epoxy resin materials under the same environment of AC voltage and positive polarity DC voltage.By using the scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR)and X-ray energy spectrum,it makes analysis on hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity recovery of epoxy resin materials.The test results indicate that with increase of AC/DC corona aging time,hydrophobicity of the expoxy resin samples is damaged,but hydrophobicity of epoxy resin samples could not be completely restored after long time of AC corona aging,while that of epoxy resin samples could be restored after the DC corona aging.In addition,damage of AC corona aging to the surface microstructure and internal functional groups is more serious than that of DC corona aging,and contents of surface elements including C and Al decrease,while that of Si and O increase after AC/DC aging.
