基于空间电荷特性的高压直流电缆绝缘老化状态评估方法 被引量:6

摘要 近年来高压直流输电技术发展迅速,由于其具有传输电能质量高、损耗低的优点而被广泛应用于高电压、远距离、大容量的输电系统,需要对电热多应力作用下高压直流电缆主绝缘材料的老化以及有效评估手段开展研究,以确保输电系统正常运行。为此,主要基于国内外研究成果,介绍高压直流电缆绝缘的老化机理,简述电声脉冲法、热脉冲法和电流积分法这3种空间电荷测量方法的基本原理;分析电声脉冲法和电流积分法对高压直流电缆绝缘老化的评估。最后,对研究中存在的问题以及今后高压直流电缆绝缘老化状态评估的发展方向进行探讨。 In recent years,HVDC transmission technology has developed rapidly and been widely used in high-voltage,long-distance and large-capacity transmission systems due to its advantages of high transmission power quality and low loss.However,the problem of insulation aging of HVDC cables and effective evaluation methods still need further study to ensure normal operation of the transmission system.Therefore,on the basis of the research achievements at home and abroad,this paper introduces the mechanism of HVDC cable insulation aging,describes the basis principles of three space charge measurement methods including the pulse electro-acoustic method,the thermal step method and the current integral method.It also analyzes evaluation on insulation aging of the HVDC cable by using the pulse electro-acoustic method and the current integral method.At last,it discusses existing problems in the study and the future development direction of insulation aging state evaluation of the HVDC cable.
