本文结合摸底排查的调研数据,分析了农药行业挥发性有机物(VOCs)监管的"弱点"和治理的"难点",剖析了农药行业VOCs治理中存在的实际问题,探讨了切实履行农药管理服务职责的相关建议。

In this paper, by conducting investigation of pesticide production enterprises,the"weakness"and"difficulties"on the regulation and control of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)was analyzed,and the main issues facing the treatment of VOCs released from pesticide industry in Jiangsu province were identified. Additionally,the policy advice was put forward on how to fulfill the duties of supervision and administration on pesticide industry.
